Information you share

Our inquiry and referral forms collect your name, email, optional phone number, project address or city, service choice, and any details you choose to include. Use your own contact information for a referral unless you have permission to share someone else’s. Do not include payment details, passwords, or sensitive documents in this form.

How inquiries are handled

When you send a request, FormSubmit processes the submission and emails it to Mainstead at support@mainsteadexteriors.com. We use the information to respond to your inquiry and discuss your project. Reviewing your details does not send them; sending opens the form service and may require a spam check. Private design previews do not submit inquiries.

Service providers and storage

Vercel hosts this website. FormSubmit handles form delivery and spam protection, which may involve Google reCAPTCHA. FormSubmit states that it retains submission archives for 30 days; its privacy policy explains its handling of information. A copy of a delivered inquiry remains in Mainstead’s email system. Contact us about access or deletion requests; business or legal recordkeeping requirements may apply.

Optional location and market selection

The market selector can use your browser’s location feature only after you choose “Use my location” and grant permission. Your browser or operating-system provider handles that permission. This website compares the coordinates to listed communities on your device; Mainstead does not receive or store those coordinates. A successful check opens the nearby market automatically when you are on the other market’s website, unless you have already entered inquiry details. On the matching market, it keeps your page and selects the nearest listed community. This is a one-time lookup, not continuous tracking. Only your selected market and city are remembered in browser storage until you choose “Forget my selection.” You can always choose a market manually. A suggested community is not your project address or a guarantee of service coverage. When you submit an inquiry, the selected market and the project information you enter are sent with the form.
